ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification

Participants aiming to become Certified Food Protection Managers for schools, businesses, or restaurants can take the online examination accredited by the National Restaurant Association.

• Register early to allow several weeks for independent study before the in-person review session and exam.

• Upon receipt of their paid registration, students are provided with the official ServSafe® Food Manager book. 

• The in-person review session with a certified ServSafe® instructor/exam proctor is 8 hours and offered at EdAdvance in Litchfield at 355 Goshen Road.

• Tuition support may be available through your employer or the American Job Center. Call (860) 496-3500 to inquire about “WIOA funding.”
