McKinney-Vento District Resources
The McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act is a federal law that governs the education of homeless children & youth. The Act defines homeless children as “individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence”. The resources on this page are intended to provide districts with materials to assist families who are eligible for support.
