We are pleased to offer a one-day highly interactive restorative practices training for building-based teams to assist in improving school climate and culture by building high-quality constructive relationships, holding students accountable for challenging behaviors, and ensuring the student has a role in repairing relationships.

Map pathways to achieving and sustaining a positive school culture with strategies that shift the focus from punitive consequences to restorative approaches.

Conduct circles and conferences in both preventive and intervention contexts.
