EdAdvance to host Social, Emotional, & Mental Health Professional Learning Series

We are pleased to offer a one-day highly interactive restorative practices training for building-based teams to assist in improving school climate and culture by building high-quality constructive relationships, holding students accountable for challenging behaviors, and ensuring the student has a role in repairing relationships.


This restorative practices training provides school leaders and team members with the skills to: Introducing our first workshop designed specifically for districts and school leaders that is focused on enhancing social emotional learning and the mental health of all school community members.

  • Embrace restorative practices as a way of thinking, being and operating your school on a day-today basis.

  • Map pathways to achieving and sustaining a positive school culture with strategies that shift the focus from punitive consequences to restorative approaches.

  • Establishes systems to form, transform, repair, and support strong relationships among all school community members.

  • Conduct circles and conferences in both preventive and intervention contexts.
