AI for MLL Instructors

This one-day professional learning opportunity will focus on how to use Artificial Intelligence for multilingual learners. Participants will learn how to use a variety of tools, including Google's Gemini and other free AI platforms, to streamline their workload so they can spend more time doing the heart of the work with students.  This will include how to plan and support newcomers, SLIFE and long-term learners. Participants will have an opportunity to build their AI toolkit by applying and implementing AI  tools to align CELP-standards-based instruction, support language acquisition and develop culturally-responsive strategies to use AI in their context.  (*teams are encouraged*) Breakfast and lunch are included in registration.
