Summer Program Consulting & Training BASES Visit BASES Website BASES (Before and After School Extended Services) provides state-licensed, year-round programs for elementary and middle school age children. Onsite before and after school programs, as well as full-day Summer Programs , offer a variety of enriching and quality experiences. Staff provide student-centered activities daily which include: enrichment activities, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math), literacy activities, arts and crafts, sports, indoor/outdoor games, quiet time for working on homework. Nutritious snacks are provided. Customized onsite professional development and technical assistance is offered to school districts and organizations. Consulting & Training Services Our direct services to schools, programs, and organizations seek to enhance program quality, including onsite professional development and technical assistance. Transportation Reaching Every Direction (TRED) TRED provides free transportation services to eligible Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) clients in Northwestern Connecticut. School districts often have difficulty finding qualified staff to support their business operations.
