EdAdvance, independently and in partnership with Winchester Public Schools, is administering the federally-funded Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). Free, nutritious meals are available to all children and teens aged 18 and under.
Pick up locations in Torrington & Terryville
Grab & Go Meals—5 breakfasts & lunches
Children don’t need to be present for meal pick up
No registration required
Children participating in a program offering free meals through the Summer Meals Program not eligible for this pick up.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA.
